Poll: Wouldn't NASCAR be more exciting if there was a black & white cop car that ran down drivers who were ...?

Instead of getting black flagged for a speeding penalty on pit road, Nascar sends out the Cop car to chase down the offender. The Cop car never gets a restrictor plate and has about 200 more hp. That would definitely add some excitement.
