How do I tell my dad about one bad grade?

Well you sound like you have exceptionally high standards which is good. With those grades you are sure to get into an exceptional college. I wouldn't worry too much about it as long as you tried your hardest in that class, that's what counts. Everyone has that odd out class that just isn't their cup of tea. I think your parents should be proud of you.
