Will this workout routine get me toned?
First of all, you will need to identify what type of body you have Ectomorph, Endomorph or Mesomorph. Depending on whether you plan to lose or gain weight , you work on your routine. If you are considerably overweight then you will need to have less weights and more reps to lose fat and then tone your muscles. If you are an ectomorph which is thin lean muscles then you need to follow a hard gaining regime which is lifting weights as heavy as you can until failure. Your setup is decent enough but I suggest that you add variation to your exercise as your muscles can get used to each exercise over time and it will be rendered useless. Most importantly, What you do for exercise is partially important compared to your diet so make sure you eat 5-6 small meals a day with all the right nutrients(no saturated fats as in fast food, alcohol). Check your BMI too and see your requirements to give you a clue. Also remember to get sleep timings right as that is when your body grows. Hope this has helped. Good Luck.
