Why am I not getting toned?

Well i think you should do sets instead of just doing 60 reps, try doing pyramids of push ups do 200 and take rest in between, do diamond, wide, Bruce lee, knuckle, spartan push ups have a good mix. don't just do sit ups do crunches , dive bombers, toe reach , iron cross etc, you need to have combinations and sets and work hard you don't need to go heavy. Don't work out every day your muscles need rest when they rest they are recovering and getting bigger. Also eat chicken. P.s work out one body part per day maybe two and i would recommend protein pills also Amplified creatine 189 works good
