I'm 16�I'm 5,11" and weigh 193lbs. and I have 20%body fat, I �weight lift and have a built upper body and i do crunches,situps,and planks in my workout,but it's not really showing my abs so i heard running is the best way to get abs, but I don't know how much to run and how far I should run to reveal my abs.
