Will I lose weight quickly by following this plan?

I jog for 30 mins a day and do 2 minutes of plank, and 60 reps of a lower abs excersize. For breakfast I eat half a grapefruit, snack a handful of almonds or an apple or a kashi bar, lunch is half a veggie sandwich on whole grain bread, and dinner varies every day, but is usually a veggie stir fry or something along those lines. I will eat a portion roughly the size of a hand. I'm 145 lbs, 5"6 and I want to be 115 lbs as fast as possible. This sounds like the right way to do it, but I want some more opinions. Also, I drink tons and tons of water.
