Death in the Family please help?

ok so my grandma died in may and today my auntie meet up with the lawyer about the will it said to split the money evenly between the 5 children. however this was written more than 20+ during that 20+ year period my other auntie died young from cancer (one of the five children) so now the will kind-of change by saying now that my aunties child will get the money her mother was supposed to get since her mother passed away. anways on of the four children in handi-capped not mentally but phsically and every body is for fitting there moneyto give to her since she only get 1,000 dollars a month and she can't live on that not to mention she has a dog who has kindney desise so she has to pay for hte doc. visits now the thing is the daughter of my auntie how paased away her share is going to her, how ever my cosion know nothing about this and they just want to give that money to her she is 20 years old she is an adult she has a say to give her money to my handi capped auntie how really needs it. Not to mention my cosion is in colledgeher dad is paying EVERYTHING for her, her dad is a pretty wealthy, if my coison knew that my auntie needs that money she would give her share to her in a snap but since she know nothing she might take it. i think she has the right to know about this she is an adult she need to know what going on anybody agree?
