Do track spikes go on spiked shoes?

I am doing a 100 meter race. I want to buy some spiked shoes for the 100 meter race. the race will be on a track. the spiked shoes are the asics japan lite-ning 3's. the track spikes are pyramid or needle spikes. the spiked shoes have holes on the bottom of them.
