How do I tranfer my network?

I currently have a network which is hosted by Ning.com. I created it as a free network, but it is no longer free, so I would like to transfer it to a different host. I have set up a new account with Webs.com, and I am wondering if there is any way to transfer the site, without having to recreate it. I would like to keep it as close to the same as possible. Is there any way to do this?
