Try being happier. It is one of the biggest issues for people who are gaining weight and people who cannot lose weight. In addition, I would bike whenever I had free time and nothing to do. I would suggest drinking untill you cannot and drink ocassionally. The best time to work out is when the sun is lower in the sky(lower than 60-45 degrees). Runners follow this idea because it is more workout sweat and not heat sweat and you do not have to worry about people hurting you or cars.
