I'm trying to lose 10 pounds starting now. So does anyone have any good none equipment excercises I could do?

I don't have weights I can't buy anything at the time so yeah any exercises without equipment like planks and stuff. Will I lose a lot of weight with the vegetarian diet ? I already am one but i was thinking I would lose more because of it. I weigh 179 and I'm aiming for 159 by the end of august. I already jog for an hour and a half and then power walk back! SO CAN LOSE 20 POUNDS BY THE END OF AUGUST?!
