Is this enough to get a six pack?

That sounds good, but take a break every other day to let your muscles rest. This actually helps the growth by letting them calm down and rebuild. Also, eat celery and lettuce and cut out fatty meats. Good meats are Venison and Turkey for lean meat. Celery is somewhat tasty and in a way burns calories by eating it as it takes more to digest it than it actually contains. Lettuce is just low calorie and tasty so that is good. You still need protein, get that from lean meat.
