The little metal part of the red cable from my xbox broke off and is now jammed inside my tv input... help?

basically the metal part that goes in just snapped off and it's jammed in there pretty far cause my cousin tried "fixing" it by pushing another one in there. I could use some help on how to get it out or how to take the tv apart or anything like that.
