What if we could replace the entire TSA with a few smart people and a few smart machines?

If we used a few savvy people, some working dogs and smarter machines, how could vast union voting blocks be created to lobby for more government? How could the American people be made to adopt more sheeplike attitudes? How could the Law Enforcement Growth Industry thrive and become stronger? I'm beginning to suspect your Patriotism; you're saying you want less intrusive, more efficient government? ;-)
