What to send back to turtle beach regarding a broken headset?

in a couple of days im sending out my turtle beach x'11. they snapped above the earcup. i have all my information and just about to pack it up and ship, but i don't know if i should include all the wires in the package? or should i just put the headset and broken ear cup in the package???
