Workout for abs- running and plank?
your already have abs sport, and they aren't just riding for free, they've been working pretty much your whole life, and on average as much as your other muscles have, so don't be miselead by the diet industry, people so misunderstand abs, it's usually a guarantee for failure to try for them ( as a beginner) and the diet industry knows this, which keeps them getting repeat business ( people searching for the magic fix, when there never was one, the abs are like the calves and forearms desinged to do great amounts of work, without needing much growth. Do a work out that hits all your muscle groups, except abs! They will grow along with the rest of you, because they have to, they are involved in so much of your bodily movement, they don't have a choice and it will be alot less painful. Keep your exercise enjoyable and think long term, and all the benefits yet to be had, it's totally worth the time!
